About Little River Distillery
An aging and blending house built around rum, oak, and time.
Little River Distillery is an independent working distillery, aging house, and speakeasy in Miami’s Little River neighborhood.
We make and mature barrel-aged rum in the Venezuelan tradition, with the spirit, the wood, and patience doing the work. The distillery brings production, aging, blending, bottling, and hospitality together under one roof.
Guests can walk the still house, taste from the aging line, settle into the Speakeasy Bar, attend public events, or join the private barrel program. We also help house and partner brands move from liquid and sourcing through co-packing, labeling, packaging, and finished production.
What began as a place to make serious rum has become a working house for curious drinkers, independent brands, and the people who believe the best spirits cannot be rushed.
